Hiring a professional photographer to capture a secret marriage proposal is becoming more apparent these days and with the proper planning and quick-thinking, capturing special moments like this is more than possible.
Tony contacted me in September with this idea of secretly proposing to his girlfriend, Becky, in Hawaii. At first we planned to do this at Sandy's Beach but after Tony discussed his options with a friend who also lives in Hawaii, he decided that Waimanalo beach park was the place to do this. Perfect choice, Tony!
The morning of the surprise marriage proposal, they were accompanied by two other couples who were their really close friends. They're friends were also in on this idea so they knew what to expect. As soon as the moment was right, Tony dropped to one knee and proposed to Becky. Click, click, click went the shutter of my camera and the rest was history. After the proposal, I asked Becky if she had any inkling on the proposal? She said she was very surprised and didn't expect it. She then showed me the beautiful engagement ring Tony got for her. Very nice ring, Tony!
